Edificio Paul Claudel
MoDe Studio's most recent completed development project. Located in a prime location near the future Metro Line 7 station in the Vitacura neighborhood of Santiago, Chile, the building comprises 14 floors of Class A+ office space in addition to its ground-floor retail. Reflecting its commitment to sustainable construction, the project has been awarded the LEED Certification for the core and shell. The project has been sold to a global Fortune 100 company, who have also decided to lease the building as the flagship tenant.
